REPORTING TO : Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition
OFFICE LOCATION : Madrid, Spain
TYPE : Full-Time, Hybrid
In this role, you will assist the global Talent Acquisition team in filling open positions across our offices in the EMEA and North America regions, spanning our commercial, product, operations, and development teams. You will utilize various channels to actively search for potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
If you have strong networking skills, expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, and a passion for exploring diverse roles, we would love to connect with you. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in identifying our hiring needs and ensuring that our vacancies are filled with outstanding candidates who align with our organization's principles and objectives.
