The Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team based in Madrid. You will support end-to-end recruitment for strategic and technical roles across Europe, helping us attract top talent to drive our growth and innovation.

As part of the Group Talent Acquisition team , you will partner with hiring managers and HR teams from different countries, contributing to global talent initiatives while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Source candidates for complex, specialized roles in IT, R&D, Cybersecurity, and other technology-driven areas.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent initiatives on a global scale.
• Use data and technology to optimize recruitment practices and support decision-making.
• Stay current on talent market trends, especially within the technology sector.
