At Equanima, an AI impact-driven startup, we are looking for a passionate UX / UI Designer to join our mission of empowering individuals through emotional intelligence (EQ). You won’t just be designing interfaces; you'll be at the forefront of the AI and mental health revolution, shaping an experience that helps people lead healthier emotional lives.

This position is part of a government-funded initiative to promote innovation and young talent in R&D.

🚀 How You Will Make a Difference :

• You will be at the heart of our product, designing an intelligent, adaptive user experience. A core part of your role will be to translate complex emotional data and machine-learning insights into simple, intuitive, and empowering interfaces for our users.
• Actively explore and apply the latest generative AI and design tools to discover innovative ways to make our user experience more intuitive, responsive, and supportive.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Help conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, and iterate on designs based on those insights.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and design system that embodies empathy and emotional support.
• Contribute to the design of our brand's external communications, including presentations and social media content.
