At Equanima, an AI impact-driven startup, we are looking for a passionate UX / UI Designer to join our mission of empowering individuals through emotional intelligence (EQ). you'll be at the forefront of the AI and mental health revolution, shaping an experience that helps people lead healthier emotional lives.
This position is part of a government-funded initiative to promote innovation and young talent in R&D.

You will be at the heart of our product, designing an intelligent, adaptive user experience. A core part of your role will be to translate complex emotional data and machine-learning insights into simple, intuitive, and empowering interfaces for our users.
Actively explore and apply the latest generative AI and design tools to discover innovative ways to make our user experience more intuitive, responsive, and supportive.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Help conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, and iterate on designs based on those insights.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and design system that embodies empathy and emotional support.
Contribute to the design of our brand's external communications, including presentations and social media content.
#A passion for exploring and applying new AI tools to create better user experiences.
~2-3 years of experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user interfaces, visual design, and research processes.
~ Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video edition or animation tools.
~ Strong communication skills and fluent English.
~ Experience with video edition, animation, psychology, or e-learning.

Contract :
A full-time, 1-year contract based in Madrid.
