Overview The role of a Concierge and Events professional is multifaceted, encompassing the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. The individual in this position will oversee the seamless execution of premium service, acting as a liaison between guests, corporate teams, and hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities Primary Guest Contact : This person serves as the primary contact for all guests, with a focus on VIP lists, Loyalty programs, Groups, and Concierge Class.
Event Organization and Coordination : They execute flawless and timely guest services, including event organization and coordination.
Maintaining Ambiance : The Concierge maintains the physical appearance and ambiance of Concierge lounges, Loyalty Spaces, and conference rooms.
Special Requests : Coordinates special requests for personalized services, such as transportation and shore excursions.
Qualifications and Skills Languages : Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests.
Background Experience : 2-3 years" background experience as Front Desk / Receptionist in a 4 or 5-star Hotel.
Event Management : Experience in handling different types of events with 80 guests.
