We are seeking a committed experienced couple to join us in shaping the long-term development of a property, with the goal of transforming it into a luxury rural resort – while preserving its authentic, nature-based identity. Luxury-Estate-Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively contribute to the development and positioning of the project as a boutique luxury resort
- Oversee day-to-day operations : guest services, bookings, facilities maintenance
- Coordinate personalized guest experiences (local cuisine, outdoor activities, cultural events, etc.)
- Support the ongoing improvement of the concept, brand and quality standards
- Supervision and development of staff and local suppliers.
