This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team and commence the journey to bring On’s first store in Spain alive.

As a Store Leader, you will be a key driver of our store’s success, leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include hiring and developing talent, optimizing inventory management, executing strategic product and merchandising plans, and championing retail innovation. Your Mission

  • Continuously embody and communicate our brand values and philosophy, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.
  • Hire, train, mentor and coach team members, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth to enhance their performance and career progression.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to oversee talent administration, including payroll, onboarding, career development, and recruitment.
  • Lead initiatives to establish and nurture external partnerships to connect the store with the community, creating meaningful relationships that drive customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
  • Take full ownership of store performance, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) driving business growth through strategic planning and execution and identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to achieve store targets.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimized stock levels and seamless BoH (Back-of-House) operations that support efficient FoH (Front-of-House) customer service.
  • Champion innovation in the store; support the piloting, testing, and implementation of new retail solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements and encouraging the team to embrace new tools and strategies
  • Execute the product strategy in collaboration with the sales planning and retail marketing teams to maximize the sales funnel.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to ensure that product displays are engaging, on-brand, and drive customer interest and sales, aligning with store goals and seasonal trends.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the store's operations and achieve business objectives.

Your story

  • You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in retail, and leading teams.
  • Background in the sports industry is a strong advantage.
  • You have a proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing and cross functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, constantly seeking to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
  • You are adept at navigating complex challenges and making sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You excel in both verbal and written communication.
  • You speak both English and Spanish fluently.
