We are partnering with a fast-growing American gaming company to identify a Chief People Officer, who will serve as the right-hand to the Chief Operating Officer in Barcelona. Strategic Partnership : Work closely with the COO to embed discipline around execution throughout the company.

• Performance & Accountability : Identify and address underperformance;
• Lead regular performance reviews for individuals and teams;
• Define and maintain non-negotiables such as high performance, no politics, and transparency;
