• Drives the planning and implementation of multiple programs across the organization.
• Responsible for product delivery from requirements through product launch.
• Works closely with management and business leaders to create program scope and objectives.
• Anticipates issues and drives countermeasures to ensure programs meet intended objectives.
• Development and implementation of new projects and processes.
• Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement process improvements and recommend changes as needed.
