Overview
Find.co is a fast-scaling venture studio with a focus on performance marketing, operating across Crypto and iGaming. With a portfolio of brands spanning multiple markets and audience segments, we blend editorial expertise with commercial firepower. We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and integrate the company’s marketing, growth, and commercial functions. This hybrid role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of brand building, revenue generation, and partner relationships, and can shape go-to-market strategy across multiple brands and verticals.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy across all business verticals (e.g. crypto & iGaming)
- Define monetization opportunities and revenue models for new and existing products / brands
- Identify strategic partnerships, commercial deals, and expansion channels
- Work with VP commercial, Revenue ops and Finance to define revenue growth targets (NDCs, GGR, CAC), build forecasting models aligned with commercial strategy and develop performance
Marketing Leadership
Oversee the marketing function and guide brand-aligned teamsDrive brand positioning, messaging, and demand generation effortsAlign content, performance, and acquisition strategies with commercial objectivesBuild frameworks for scaling reach, reputation, and conversion across channelsCross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with GMs and Product teams to support launches and go-to-market initiativesCoordinate Commercial team, marketing director and VP of revenue to ensure aligned executionSet strategy and frameworks for commercial performance while empowering GMs with executional autonomy within aligned guardrailRevenue Enablement & Partner Relations

Experience in the iGaming industry, the Crypto, or preferably bothA strategic thinker with a strong foundation in performance marketing, (incl affiliation) partnerships, and revenue ops strategyStrong industry experience in the Crypto industry or in the iGaming industry, preferably bothCloud-to-ground thinking, able to operate at both 10,000 m and 10 m, especially in the early days of the roleQuantitative / analytical orientation. Analytically minded, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and optimize performanceComfort in ambiguity or transformation.
