Senior Cost Control Specialist

Overview We are looking for a Senior Cost Control Specialist to manage cost control and direct cost forecasting for our projects.

Job Description The role requires strong analytical, decisive, and proactive skills with high level of English and ability to work abroad.

Managing cost control and direct cost forecasting for the Project, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager.

Leading the Construction Cost Control Team to perform the cost control function for the project.

Managing the monthly reporting of the project execution budget.

Assessing risks and improvement opportunities for escalation management reporting.

Performing regular cost control dashboards.

The ideal candidate should have Minimum 8-10 years of experience in analysis, estimation and cost control functions.

Experience in Subcontract Department, Civil, Electromechanical and Structural areas.

Advanced Excel skills and high level of English.

A degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (similar).
