What you will do in this role

As an Inbound Sales Representative , you will :

  • Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business development of customers acquired / profiled online, account management of gold customers and partners
  • Perform outbound calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (in addition to support call backs)
  • Log all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time
  • Provide feedback on sales activity skills for the specialist
  • Identify right contacts at customers
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline

  • Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish with an advanced level of English
  • Have one year of related sales experience
  • Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written), including excellent telephone and presentation skills
  • Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation, and time / work prioritization
  • Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem-solving skills when making decisions
  • Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate strategies
