You will be part of a dynamic, energetic and highly-skilled New Business Sales Development team. The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.

Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.

Responsibilities :

Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams

Company evaluation : assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools

Company qualification : conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition

Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting

Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needs

Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target

Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his / her work in a presentable format

Requirements

Language Skills : C2 level of Swedish and C1 level of English

2 years of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the Nordics market

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Advanced spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, basic macros, and task automation

Solid strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends, with good knowledge of the Israeli SMB sector

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confident working with reports, databases, and CRM platforms

Well-organized and capable of handling pressure in a dynamic team setting

Good time management and prioritization; able to manage multiple tasks while staying focused

Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results with limited guidance

Strong familiarity with CRM tools and managing customer relationships effectively

Experience using AI tools in daily tasks and interpreting insights for outreach

Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment and contributing to team targets

Self-motivated and proactive, with a competitive and confident mindset

Able to work independently while collaborating with team members

Strong business understanding and ability to assess market opportunities

Skilled at identifying promising leads using firmographic and behavioral data

Uses critical thinking to evaluate lead quality and prioritize effectively

Salary : 23.205€ + up to 4.095€ gross / year in bonus
