This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in various aspects, including talent acquisition, recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in identifying quality candidates through initial interviews and recommend them for final interviews with the designated Hiring Manager.
- Maintain continuous contact with hiring managers to inform them of the progress of identifying qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and assist in the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans, as well as maintain necessary employee records, applicant information, and performance evaluation data.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve issues and problems.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent field.A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in HR or related fields is required.Strong analytical skills and multitasking capabilities are essential for this role.The ideal candidate should have initiative and problem-solving abilities, with a good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.An understanding of employment / labor laws and knowledge of MS Office is also necessary.About This Opportunity :
