About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for mobilizing consultants across external client projects, balancing commercial needs and individual consultant needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management for Athens-based consultants, including on-boarding, performance management, and career development
- Staffing of Consultants onto external client projects, considering project requirements, development objectives, and personal preferences
- Overseeing local utilization, ensuring trapped capacity is limited
- Talent Management for 40-60 consultants, including on-boarding, performance management, and career development
- Management of Mid-Year and Year-End performance management processes
- Acting as a person of trust for consultants regarding work-related issues
- Collaborating with other Human Capital functions regarding training, performance management, and recruiting
- Working on project-based initiatives
Requirements
An experienced Talent Manager (Resource Manager) with professional development and staffing experience, gained ideally within another management consultancy, Big 4, or professional services firmFluency in English is essential; additional Greek language skills would be highly advantageousExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and different culturesA proactive, high-performing multi-tasker who takes full ownership of their work and manages detailsA team player able to function independently but collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)What We Offer
