ROLE : Verification LeadLOCATION : Barcelona, SpainSALARY : NegotiableDURATION : PermanentDescription We are seeking an experienced Verification Leader with a strong passion for microprocessor architecture and 8+ years of industry experience in digital design verification. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in System Verilog, UVM, and advanced verification methodologies, with a proven track record in both formal and dynamic verification.In this role, you will lead the Verification Team, overseeing the validation of complex digital designs at the Register Transfer Level (RTL). You will drive verification strategies, mentor engineers, ensure the quality and correctness of designs, and collaborate closely with design teams to deliver high-performance, production-ready microprocessor architectures.RequirementsMaster’s or Ph D in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in System Verilog and UVMStrong scripting skills (Python, Perl, Bash, Tcl) and experience with regression tools8+ years of relevant industry experienceHands-on experience with simulation and simulation toolsKnowledge of revision control tools and methodologies (git, svn)Proven experience in block-level, subsystem, and top-level verificationBackground in both formal and dynamic verification methodologiesExperience leading verification teamsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency in English (C1 level)
