We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead who will ensure the highest quality standards across our innovative digital payment solutions!

You will be responsible for designing and driving the QA strategy for complex systems including backend services, APIs, mobile SDKs, mobile and web applications, and secure element applets. By leading a team of QA engineers and embedding quality practices across the development lifecycle, you will guarantee functionality, performance, security, and scalability at every step.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams, reporting to the CTO, to ensure quality becomes a core pillar of our technological vision and business success.

Your Responsibilities :

• QA Strategy : Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy covering functional, performance, security, and reliability aspects.
• Automation : Build and maintain automated testing frameworks integrated into CI / CD pipelines.
• Functional Testing : Oversee test design and execution for backend services, APIs, mobile SDKs, and applications.
• Non-Functional Testing : Drive performance, scalability, and security testing, including vulnerability assessments and compliance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality practices and ensure smooth integration of all components.
• Leadership : Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Reporting : Define quality KPIs, track defects, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
