Senior AI Solutions Developer

Overview We're seeking a seasoned AI Product Engineer to spearhead innovation in software delivery and developer experience.

Responsibilities Determine opportunities for AI / ML applications across engineering platforms, like CD, observability, and dev experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers and platform teams regarding applied AI topics.

Transform identified opportunities into actionable product backlogs and prioritize delivery.

Develop proof-of-concept solutions and help scale successful cases with platform teams.

Track progress, report impact and risks to senior stakeholders.

Monitor emerging trends in AI relevant to software delivery and developer experience.

Measure productivity benefits and ROI of AI tools using relevant KPIs.

Ensure successful adoption of AI-powered tools through training, guidance, and support for engineers.

Requirements Over 5 years of experience in software engineering or applied AI positions.

Practical expertise with AI / ML tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and vector databases.

Proven ability in managing stakeholders, refining backlogs, and delivering products.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies.

Strong programming skills, with preference for Java, .NET, or TypeScript.

Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.

A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency in English.
