Senior AI Engineer - GenAI Solutions

Overview We\'re seeking a seasoned AI engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable GenAI assistants using adaptable infrastructure and pre-trained models from top sources.

Evaluate and select suitable models for business challenges such as customer service and content generation.

Harness LLM skills including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Implement solutions with Python focusing on modular and scalable design following good practices of Object-Oriented Programming.

Deploy and scale models into production environments using AWS services and state-of-the-art libraries.

Develop and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines for GenAI model deployment monitoring and maintenance within the Databricks environment.

Requirements Familiarity with GenAI foundations including LLMs models their capabilities limitations and best practices.

Experience with GenAI agents frameworks integrating them within business ecosystems.

Knowledge of relevant GenAI libraries such as Langchain LangGraph and LlamaIndex.

Strong Python programming skills and experience with software development best practices.

Proven experience handling the lifecycle of solutions in production with Ops tools and technologies.

Cloud computing experience with AWS services such as S3 and Sagemaker.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ability to analyze complex problems identify creative solutions and adapt to new challenges.

Fluency in English.
