Job Description : As a seasoned project director, you will spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions across multiple industries. You'll oversee talented technical teams, align stakeholders, and ensure complex AI projects are delivered with clarity, speed, and measurable value. Responsibilities include leading diverse engineering and machine learning teams to deliver AI and large language model solutions for enterprise clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications : A strong academic or professional background in a technical discipline such as computer science, data science, engineering, or physics is required. 5+ years of experience delivering complex software or machine learning projects, from planning through execution, is essential.

Candidates should have hands-on leadership of technical initiatives, ideally including projects involving NLP or large language models. Comfortable discussing design trade-offs and technical concepts, with working knowledge of modern ML and software tools (e.g., Python, Git, Docker) is a must. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are also required, with other European languages being an asset.
