Artificial Intelligence Product Engineer

At UST, we're on a mission to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that redefine the software development lifecycle. We're seeking an exceptional AI Product Engineer to join our team and drive innovation across the entire SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess AI / ML application opportunities across engineering platforms, such as continuous delivery, observability, and developer experience.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal customers and platform teams regarding applied AI topics, including strategy, planning, and execution.
• Translate identified opportunities into actionable backlog items and prioritize delivery to meet business objectives.
• Implement proof-of-concept solutions and help scale successful cases in collaboration with platform teams.
• Track progress, report impact, and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI relevant to software delivery and developer experience.
• Measure and calculate productivity benefits and ROI of AI tools using relevant KPIs.
• Ensure successful adoption of AI-powered tools through training, guidance, and support for engineers.

Candidate Profile

We expect candidates to have over 5 years of experience in software engineering or applied AI positions, practical expertise with AI / ML tools, proven ability in managing stakeholders, refining backlogs, and delivering products, comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies, strong programming skills, exceptional communication and documentation abilities, and a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
