IT Specialist – Madrid, Spain

Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years of experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages, and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT environment, providing user support, and actively participating in digitalization projects, supporting approximately 220 users across international offices.

What you will help with

• Ticket and incident resolution (1st and 2nd level support)
• User onboarding and offboarding in corporate systems (email, Active Directory, etc.)
• Configuration and delivery of IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals)
• Installation, maintenance, and updating of corporate software
• IT onboarding of new employees
• Maintenance and support of private cloud services
• Active Directory administration in Windows environments
• On-site and remote user support
• Basic maintenance of networks, printers, and other connected devices
• Participation in internal digitalization projects
