IT Service Management Specialist (ITIL)

Overview

Astek is looking for two Service Operations Practitioner (Service Management) profiles to work with a leading pharmaceutical partner in an international environment.

Who are you?

• 3 years of experience in IT Operations / Service Management.
• Focus on Event Management, Availability Management and Monitoring or on Service Level Management (SLAs).
• ITIL knowledge and certification.
• Experience in ITSM processes and documentation.
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Residence in Spain (remote position).
