A GMP-certified lentiviral vectors CDMO with healthcare and industry clients is looking for a

Business Development Director with experience in the ATMP CDMO market to lead the

company's global expansion. The position is located in Barcelona, and a hybrid / remote role is

an option.

Key responsibilities :

• Expand the customer base and retain existing customers.
• Prepare and implement a new business plan.
• Perform consultative sales and lead negotiations with clients.
• Prepare and implement the annual sales budget and commercial strategy.
• Represent the company at relevant meetings.
