Descripción del trabajoLow Season : Reduced crew (2 persons onboard) Focus on maintenance, cleaning, and following daily, weekly & monthly checklists . High Season : Full crew (4 persons onboard) Guest operations, tender driving, water toys, and navigation support. From the second year onward , the owner supports and sponsors professional courses (STCW upgrades, Yachtmaster modules, technical or engineering training) to expand your technical capabilities and career progression . Fluent English Minimum 2 years’ yachting experience (20m+ yachts) Confident in navigation support and deck operations Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on First Mate to join a 27m Azimut Grande private yacht, based in the Mediterranean .
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone seeking both career stability and growth . The vessel runs with a small, close-knit crew, offering the chance to take on responsibility and play an essential role onboard.
Salary Package
- Low Season : €2,000 – €3,000
- High Season : €2,500 – €3,500
- 60 days leave annually
