Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Pensions & Benefits Manager – Global IEB Lead to join our global Pensions & Benefits team, reporting to the Global Head of Pensions & Benefits. The team ensures comprehensive governance, risk management, and oversight of pension & benefits programs worldwide. Each team member focuses on a particular area of pensions and benefits to ensure best practices across regions. The Center of Excellence leads and manages a portfolio of pension & benefits projects while providing strategic advice and practical support to the Compensation & Benefits Hub Leads.
This role plays a pivotal part in key areas of global insured benefits governance, strategy, risk management, and cost control, with a focus on designing and delivering compliant, globally aligned, locally tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Global Insured Employee Benefits (IEB) governance and management of programs worldwide, including finance strategy, risk management and cost control.
- Lead and contribute to local / regional / global pensions & benefits projects to continuously enhance programs.
- Oversee pension programs from strategic design to implementation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and alignment with governance models.
Global Insured Employee Benefits Management Components
Global Insured Employee Benefits Management ownership of governance, risk management, financing strategy and cost control; act as single point of contact for C&B Hub Leads and broker network.Collaborate with the global broker to ensure high-quality service delivery and manage vendor relationships with a focus on strategic, global matters.Manage IEB finance and risk management strategy with broker support; oversee global Insured Employee Risk Pools and monitor their performance and partnerships.Identify cost-control measures, interpret claim reports with the broker, and shape annual renewal strategy in collaboration with the broker and local / Hub colleagues.Develop regular insured benefits risk management reporting for the annual pensions & benefits risk reporting.Review and develop Insured Employee Benefits regulations to stay aligned with the company’s people strategy and culture.Pensions & Benefits ManagementContribute to strategic development and enhanced operational execution of pension programs.Monitor and analyze country pension programs for regulatory compliance, risk, cost control, vendor service quality and market competitiveness; includes :Develop and modify pension plan designs, evaluate vendors, prepare business cases, and lead implementation.Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance, and external consultants.Manage relationships with vendors and draft pension plan rules, member booklets, communication strategies and materials.Support other HR functions to deliver pension programs and ensure data completeness in the Global Benefits Data Repository.Lead and contribute to country / global project roll-out and ongoing operations related to pension and benefits programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide trainings to the HR and C&B organization as required.Your Background
5+ years of experience in pensions and Insured Employee Benefits in an international / matrix environment.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or related field.Proficiency with IT tools and Microsoft Office; strong matrix-organization collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.Project management experience with ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive results.Strong analytical, end-to-end process thinking, and presentation skills; self-driven, collaborative, inclusive, and eager to learn.Fluency in English (spoken and written).What We Offer
