How will you make an impact in this role?

As a company representative, you can create positive interactions with our customers every day, from selecting a travel experience or unique lifestyle to helping them with their daily needs. In addition, you can develop your skills through industry‑leading training, all while learning what it means to continuously set the standard for first‑class service.

Responsibilities Provide world‑class customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns across multiple channels (calls, chat, mobile messaging).

Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first‑contact resolution and negotiating a positive outcome for you and American Express.

Improve our customers’ experience by identifying opportunities to deliver products based on our Affiliates’ needs, and enable them to take full advantage of our online and mobile services.

Qualifications Preferred qualifications

High level of Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in a business context. High knowledge of communication in English, spoken and written, is required.

Demonstrate personal excellence by being positive in difficult situations, and assertive in managing them.

Demonstrate passion for service by providing exceptional service in every interaction with our customers.

Ability and resilience to work in a fast, dynamic environment, and perform multiple tasks, using multiple digital tools and systems to serve our customers.

Strong attitude to teamwork and collaboration with colleagues across the company.

Critical, analytical and anticipatory capacity, problem‑solving capacity and close attention to detail and compliance with company policies and procedures.
