Overview

We are seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market, specializing in customer service and sales activities. This role is based in Lisbon and offers an opportunity to work with one of the leading direct insurance companies in the industry.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via voice and email.

Managing claims, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Delivering high-quality assistance while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Employment Details

Full-time position (40 hours per week) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday. Comprehensive training will prepare you for success. You will receive a Portuguese employment contract, which includes holiday and Christmas bonuses, private health insurance, and meal allowances.

Relocation

Relocation support is provided and includes fully furnished accommodations, utility coverage, and on-the-ground assistance to ensure a seamless transition to Lisbon.
