About The Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Talent Acquisition who will maximize the potential of our tools, ensure adherence to best-in-class processes, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment and talent data analysis. This cross-functional role collaborates with recruiters, the analytics team, and hiring managers to translate needs into scalable processes, actionable insights, and impactful projects.
Key responsibilities Lead and manage strategic projects in Talent Acquisition from design to execution with stakeholder alignment.
Optimize recruiting tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, dashboards, etc.) and ensure their effective use across the talent team.
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Partner with Data & Analytics teams to ensure recruiting metrics are reliable and impactful.
Define, monitor, and improve TA processes aligned with global standards.
Identify risks and bottlenecks in recruitment processes and propose improvements.
Introduce and pilot AI-driven initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
Act as the point of contact for key Talent processes to ensure smooth execution and standardization across the company.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and share best practices.
About You 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Consulting, ideally with exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Tech, or People Analytics.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Engineering, or related field.
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in building metrics and dashboards (Excel, SQL, BI tools, ATS reporting).
Solid understanding of recruiting processes and HR tools, with the ability to improve, implement, and communicate them to the Talent Acquisition team.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
