WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks : Development and Customization : Configure and customize the Service Now platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops, etc.Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer workflows, and catalog items based on requirements.Create and maintain Service Now forms, tables, views, and records.Application Design and ImplementationPlatform MaintenanceProcess AutomationTroubleshooting and SupportCollaboration and Stakeholder CommunicationImplementation of Best Practices WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Years' experience : minimum 3 years of experience Upper-intermediate level of EnglishProficiency in Service Now development tools (e.g., Studio, Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Script Debugger, etc.).Expertise in Java Script, HTML, CSS, or other web development languages.Knowledge of data structures within Service Now, such as CMDB, tables, and relationships.Strong understanding of Service Now APIs (REST / SOAP) for integration.Familiarity with database management (My SQL, etc.) and data import / export techniques in Service Now.
