Overview We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking ServiceNow ITSM Specialist with the following capabilities :
Responsibilities Design Complex Architectural Solutions in ServiceNow.
Conduct Technological Assessments and develop improvement proposals for technical solutions.
Provide User Support, Training, and Documentation.
Support the Migration to ServiceNow, including data mapping and process alignment.
Collaborate with Process Owners to gather requirements and implement improvements.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in designing and implementing ServiceNow architectures, as well as experience in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow architectures. Fluency in English (B2 level minimum) is also required, with knowledge of another European language being a plus.
In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for candidates with ITIL certification and ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM. EU citizenship is also required.
