The Challenge Ahead
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Micro and SMB teams in Barcelona and Toronto . These are high-performing teams that consistently hit their targets. Your role will be to take them to the next level by strengthening processes, leveraging AI, and unlocking even greater revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a fast-growing SaaS company, shaping not just results but the culture of the team.
What You Will Work On
- Lead, inspire, and coach our Micro and SMB sales teams (AEs) to hit and exceed targets
- Implement and scale new processes that make the teams more efficient and productive
- Use AI and data to drive smarter selling and faster deal cycles
- Build on the teams’ track record of consistent attainment and push for new levels of growth
- Develop team members’ skills in pipeline generation, deal execution, and closing
- Create a culture of fun, accountability, and collaboration where people do their best work
