Overview We are looking for an experienced E ngineering & R&D Leader to drive innovation and excellence in a global industrial environment. This is a strategic role leading a multidisciplinary team of +30 engineers (mechanical, electrical, software) and shaping the launch of a next-generation industrial machinery platform with international impact.

We are seeking a visionary yet hands-on leader, capable of motivating teams, ensuring technical excellence, and bridging local engineering with global headquarters. A professional with strong communication skills, stakeholder management in multicultural settings, and the ability to influence and deliver results in a complex, international environment.
