We are seeking a highly skilled Lead M&A Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Clients Group, you will play a vital role in advising clients on strategic transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

As a Lead M&A Professional, your responsibilities will include :

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional client service and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products;
• Leading pitch processes from start to finish and maintaining a high degree of market awareness;
• Identifying new business opportunities and thinking commercially about clients' businesses;
• Participating in and leading client meetings, interacting directly with clients and other advisors;
• Liaisingwith portfolio management and other internal teams to effectively hand over responsibility for new deals following closing;
