Requirements 5 years’ experience in real estate, with strong knowledge of local and international clientele. Proven ability to manage a team of 10 international sales agents. Solid understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus). Professional, well-presented, strong communicator and negotiator.
