Negotiate and close real estate transactions.

Collaborate with mortgage brokers, appraisers, and other industry professionals.

Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.

Develop and nurture client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Valid real estate agent license in Spain.

Proven experience as a real estate agent with a successful sales track record closing sales in English.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and current industry trends in the Caribbean, the USA, and Canada.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
