Roc360 Spain, a wholly owned subsidiary of Roc360, is recruiting two additional entry level resources for our team in Madrid. Our existing Spanish team supports the US business through a number of business areas including loan underwriting, closing, appraisal management, technology, finance and marketing.

Description

  • Roc360 originates thousands of lending opportunities in the US each month through a combination of third-party brokers and an internal sales team
  • As part of each new lending opportunity Roc360 requires a new property valuation / appraisal to be completed on each financed property
  • Roc360 through a wholly owned subsidiary offers a service to our borrowers, and borrowers of other lenders, to project manage the sourcing and validation of property appraisals

The Role

  • Assist with the management of property appraisal orders
  • Review appraisal order requests from clients and determine the correct appraisal required for each property / loan
  • Identify the appropriate third party appraiser to complete the valuation and negotiate fees, timelines, requirements etc
  • Liaise with all impacted parties through the process
  • Supervise the validation of the completed appraisals and provide feedback to lenders, borrowers, appraisers.
  • Manage a portfolio of US states for which you will have primary responsibility
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks
  • Profile

  • Recent undergraduate or Masters degree with a strong academic track record
  • 0 to 1 years work experience
  • Fluency in English with the ability to work through English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in the real estate sector
  • Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
