Data Science Team Lead

Overview Senior Statistical Leader — We are seeking a skilled and experienced statistical leader to join our team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic input as a team manager and lead statistician on one or more project teams. You will work closely with senior leadership to define team members' priorities, conduct performance reviews, and identify development areas.

Responsibilities Manage a team of statistics and programming team leaders, principal and senior statisticians. Define resource planning and allocation, and promote teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Provide statistical leadership and direct statistical support for assigned projects. Ensure quality, relevance to external stakeholders (e.g. regulatory authorities, medical journals), and scientific validity.

Collaborate with other functions in project teams, with other statistics project leaders, and in communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, leading projects, and providing statistical expertise. They will be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
