Data Scientist Lead

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist who goes beyond building models—someone who can shape ideas into impactful solutions, from early-stage concept to production at scale. In this role, you will not only apply advanced machine learning techniques, but also lead innovation, bringing creativity, business understanding, and collaboration into every project.

You will be at the crossroads of AI strategy and hands-on experimentation, with a particular opportunity to explore and apply Generative AI where it creates real value.

Build, refine, and scale machine learning and deep learning models, including generative approaches where relevant.

Collaboration hub : Work closely with engineers, product leaders, and domain experts, ensuring models are not only technically sound but also aligned with business impact.

Lead and inspire data scientists, creating a culture of experimentation, learning, and excellence.

Quality & reliability : Ensure models meet the highest standards of scalability, ethics, and performance.

8+ years of experience in data science, with proven success deploying ML models in production.

~ Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied mathematics.

~ Hands-on expertise with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) Proven ability to lead projects and inspire teams.
