We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist who goes beyond building models—someone who can shape ideas into impactful solutions, from early-stage concept to production at scale. In this role, you will not only apply advanced machine learning techniques, but also lead innovation, bringing creativity, business understanding, and collaboration into every project.

You will be at the crossroads of AI strategy and hands-on experimentation, with a particular opportunity to explore and apply Generative AI where it creates real value.

What You’ll Do

End-to-end ownership : From scoping innovative use cases to deploying robust ML systems in production.

Model design & development : Build, refine, and scale machine learning and deep learning models, including generative approaches where relevant.

Innovation leadership : Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions for business and product challenges.

Collaboration hub : Work closely with engineers, product leaders, and domain experts, ensuring models are not only technically sound but also aligned with business impact.

Mentorship & guidance : Lead and inspire data scientists, creating a culture of experimentation, learning, and excellence.

Quality & reliability : Ensure models meet the highest standards of scalability, ethics, and performance.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in data science, with proven success deploying ML models in production.
• Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied mathematics.
• Hands-on expertise with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and MLOps practices.
• Exposure to or experience with Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can explain complex ideas to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead projects and inspire teams.
• A mindset that combines scientific rigor with creative problem solving.
