Descripción del trabajoLead the data strategy, ensuring information quality, availability, and governance. Develop and maintain the data infrastructure supporting platforms (SaaS Taller, Marketplace, App Drivers, etc.). Build dashboards and reports that empower the team to make data-driven decisions and foster a data-driven culture. Support the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring data is prepared and ready for automation, prediction, and business optimization projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align business goals with clear and measurable metrics. 3–5 years of experience in Data roles (Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar) with progression towards leadership. Proven experience in data modeling, ETLs, BI tools , and data pipeline management. Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, etc.). Experience in predictive modeling / applied ML for business (a plus). Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Experience in data project management and coordinating small teams. Strong communication skills and ability to evangelize the data culture across the company.
