The Role : Sales Development Representative (DACH)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an instrumental role focused on generating and qualifying new leads to support sales pipeline growth across the German-speaking (DACH) market. This position is pivotal to identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and serving as the initial ambassador for the company in this key region.
What You'll Be Doing :
Conducting targeted outbound outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
Researching and segmenting prospects based on industry and product needs.
Engaging prospects in meaningful consultative conversations to understand their business challenges and requirements.
Scheduling qualified introductory meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the senior sales team.
Maintaining accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes within the CRM system.
