Vice President Marketing

As the CMO, you will collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, driving the growth and transformation of the IQ AI brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Design, to deliver impactful content, manage the marketing calendar, and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates, partnerships, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate visibility and growth opportunities for the IQ AI ecosystem and bring significant experience leading marketing or growth initiatives in AI, blockchain (L1 / L2), or DeFi projects.

Own and scale ATP marketing. Drive social dominance, especially on X (Twitter), to expand IQ AI’s audience and capture global mindshare.

Lead KOL and influencer strategy. Build and manage a global KOL pipeline across Korea, Vietnam, China, and other regions. Oversee everything from ATP agent launches to robotics demos, integrations, and co-marketing campaigns with wallets, protocols, and DeFi platforms.

Scale Telegram, X, and Discord communities by 3–5x with creative, differentiated strategies that stand out in the Web3 space.

Craft PR, storytelling, and social campaigns that elevate IQ AI’s brand in top-tier crypto, AI, and tech outlets.

You should have a large, active personal following on X (Twitter) and know how to command attention online.

Require 3–5+ years of experience leading marketing in blockchain, AI, or DeFi, with a track record of scaling marketing at protocols, L1s, exchanges, or high-profile Web3 projects.

Possess a deep network of KOLs and influencers. Experience running social, content, meme, video, and incentive campaigns that effectively move metrics.

Have experience scaling Telegram, Discord, and X communities with authentic, creative approaches.

Bonus : Experience bridging Web2 and Web3, or working with robotics, AI, or tokenization projects.
