Hr Business Partner - Southern Europe

Descripción del trabajoProvide guidance to managers and leadership on HR concerns, such as performance management, annual performance reviews, development plans, succession planning, compensation and organizational design.. Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Assist with the full employee administration, including onboarding, changes in employment terms, and offboarding processes. Prepare HR-related documentation, such as contracts, addendums, confirmation letters, and other employee communications. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and changes. Administer employee benefits programs, assisting employees with queries and enrollment. Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic employment matters. Provide support in addressing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures, under the guidance of senior HR team members. Assist with various employee engagement activities and initiatives. Responsible for job postings, applicant tracking, and maintaining candidate databases Responsible for the process by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and managing candidate correspondence.. Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant local labor laws and company policies. Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and analytics as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : 2-4 years of HR experience, Experience in digital marketing, highly preferred. Knowledge : Foundational understanding of general HR principles, practices, and basic employment law. Languages : Must be fluent in both English and a Southern European language (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Must have an understanding of the Digital environment Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proactive, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ability to execute a variety of people processes from start to finish Be comfortable with ambiguity, craves autonomy and able to bring your team and wider peers along with you to gain buy in and trust Building excellent relationships and credibility with senior business leaders based on solid commercial understanding and identifying customer needs to go beyond delivering defined HR solutions Ability to think strategically and conceptually, and solve business problems with pragmatic and speedy solutions – assimilating issues and ideas into clear requirements, generating alternative solutions based on own insight or learning Driving HR Transformation alongside the CPO – including capability building, operational excellence and system transformation Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills, delivering impactful messages and influences outcomes Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
