Mergers And Acquisitions Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Strategy & Value Creation team, with a focus on Technology in M&A contexts. You will work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts to support technology due diligence, value creation planning, and digital transformation projects related to mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and major transformations.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of strategy, technology, and M&A.

What you'll do :

Support the assessment of IT / tech capabilities in M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)

Conduct research and analysis on digital products, IT infrastructure and organization, software architecture, data & AI, and development methodologies

Contribute to the development of tech-focused value creation initiatives post-acquisition

Assist in building financial and operational models tied to tech investment decisions

Prepare materials for client presentations and internal discussions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Legal, Operations, Finance)

What we're looking for :

Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in management consulting, technology, corporate strategy, or related fields

Strong interest in technology and its role in shaping modern businesses

Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g. cloud, infrastructure, software stacks) is a plus

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-paced project environments

Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required; experience with tools like Power BI, SQL, or Python is a bonus

Fluent in English and Spanish
