Responsibilities Data Management : Develop a comprehensive data room to facilitate the M&A process.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets and analyze industry trends.

Contract Negotiation : Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts related to M&A transactions.

Transaction Support : Provide administrative support to the M&A team during execution of transactions.

Requirements Fluent English language skills are mandatory.

Overseas education or professional experience in a multinational organization is preferred.

Financial analysis and market research skills are essential.

A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about infrastructure investment and M&A is required.

A detail-oriented and results-driven professional with excellent organizational skills is necessary.
