Deine Chance im internationalen Kundenservice!

Wir suchen engagierte Kundensupport-Spezialistinnen und -Spezialisten, die für den deutschen Markt Support leisten. Du unterstützt Kunden bei Kreditkartenanliegen und Transaktionen und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Nutzeranfragen und internen Teams. Dabei arbeitest du in einem internationalen Umfeld mit spannenden Benefits und einem starken Relocation-Paket.

💼 Deine Aufgaben

Telefon- und E-Mail-Support in Deutsch (80 %) und Englisch (20 %).
Unterstützung bei Kreditkartenfragen, Transaktionen und Kundenanliegen.
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur schnellen Problemlösung.
Dokumentation von Anfragen und Pflege relevanter Systeme.

👤 Dein Profil

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).

Erfahrung im Kundensupport oder Kundenservice, idealerweise im Finanz- oder B2B-Umfeld.

Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und serviceorientierte Denkweise.

Teamplayer mit strukturiertem und lösungsorientiertem Arbeitsstil.

💎 Deine Vorteile

💶 Fixgehalt : 22.000 € + 1.500 € Sign-On-Bonus.

🏠 Relocation Support : 300–400 € / Monat (brutto) für die ersten 3 Monate.

✈️ Reisekostenerstattung bis 200 € (nach 3 Monaten Beschäftigung).

🏢 Hybrid-Arbeitsmodell in Madrid oder Málaga.

🕘 Arbeitszeiten : Mo–Fr, 09 : 00–20 : 00 Uhr (geteilte Schicht), 39 Std. / Woche.

📚 Intensive Einarbeitung und langfristige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

📅 Start : Ab 03.11.2025

📍 Standorte : Madrid oder Málaga
