We are hiring their first Sales Operations Manager , a pivotal role at the heart of the commercial organisation, building the systems, processes, and insights that will power international scale.
Overview
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of a fast growing team. Reporting into the CRO, you’ll design the processes, tools, and data frameworks that enable the sales team to sell smarter, faster, and more effectively. This is a role for someone who thrives in creating order from complexity : shaping reporting, streamlining workflows, and bringing analytical rigour to a fast-moving scale-up.
