Project Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Project Director to join the team based in Barcelona (Spain).

About The Role :

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to :

• Ensure that the project is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System.
• Lead the planning of project strategies (contracting, risk management, project controls and project execution) and the development of the Project Execution Plan.
• Build and maintain the relationship with the client and other interested parties associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.).
• Create a quality, HSE-oriented work climate that fosters customer satisfaction and HSE awareness among the project team.
• Identify business opportunities at the tender stage and work with the proposals team to communicate customer requirements, driving their specifications towards standardized product solutions during the tender stage.
• Conduct an in-depth review of the Contract, tender and tender documents, ensuring the Project Team understands the scope of work and supports the Client's needs and objectives.
• Guarantee the achievement or improvement of forecasts.
• Manage and lead the project team, establishing and monitoring performance objectives.
• Contribute to the development of people by interacting with the project and human resources department.
