About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Barcelona team. This is a key role to accelerate our growth in Spain. You will manage the full sales cycle, from business development to account farming, with a strong focus on building long-term client partnerships. This role requires both hunter and farmer skills, a passion for adtech, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and close new business opportunities, with a focus on direct brands and small to mid-sized media companies.
  • Build, maintain, and grow a client portfolio through both prospecting and account management.
  • Develop strategic proposals and deliver consultative sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CSM, ad operations) to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to local strategy by bringing new ideas, market insights, and proactive solutions.
  • Keep CRM (Salesforce) up to date with pipeline and activities.
  • Attend industry events and client meetings to represent Ogury.
  • What You Will Bring To Ogury

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, ideally in adtech, media, or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage both new business development and account farming.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to propose tailored solutions.
  • Resilience, energy, and a proactive, "think outside the box" mindset.
  • Ability to balance short-term targets with long-term relationship building.
  • Experience with programmatic is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
